This Missouri Notary Education Course, Essentials of Notary Practice, is a comprehensive, state-approved 3-hour Online Notary Training Course that satisfies Missouri's statutory directive for new and renewing Notaries to take a notary education course or read the Missouri Notary Handbook requirement for new and renewing notaries.
This course provides in-depth explanation of Missouris notary laws and prepares notary applicants to perform their duties competently and confidently. The course is available 24/7 online, and you may log-in and out of the course at your own pace, from any computer.
You may take up to three weeks to finish this course from the date of your initial log-in. Upon finishing the course, you'll be issued the Certificate of Completion necessary to complete your Missouri Notary Commission Application Package.
EFFECTIVE August 28, 2020 -- RSMo 486.630 3.(1):
