ASN's Missouri Notary Education Course, Essentials of Notary Practice, is a comprehensive, State-Approved 3-hour Online Notary Training Course that meets Missouri's Statutory Notary Education Requirements.
Member Price: $23.00 • Non-Member Price: $30.00Each student will have 10 days to complete the course from the date of registration! Upon completing the Missouri Notary Education Course, each student will be issued a Certificate of Completion.

• Prior to submitting an application to the Secretary of State, each NEW notary applicant or RENEWING applicant shall read the Missouri Notary Handbook. In addition to reading the handbook applicants must also complete a state-approved notary education course. The course may be computer-based or in a manner prescribed by the Secretary of State.
