ASN's Online Pennsylvania Notary Training Course, Essentials of Notary Practice, is a comprehensive, state-approved 3-hour online training course that meets Pennsylvania's statutory notary education requirements for new and renewing notary applicants.
Each student will have 10 days to complete the training course from the date of registration!
Students: When registering for the Online Pennsylvania Notary Course make sure to enter your name EXACTLY as it will appear on your Notary Commission Application. Your Course Completion Certificate will be created using the name you use to register for this course. If the name that appears on the Course Completion Certificate varies in away way from the name on the Notary Commission Application, the application will be REJECTED by the Secretary of the Commonwealth's Office!Member Price: $28.00 • Non-Member Price: $40.00

• All applicants applying for an NEW commission or applying to RENEW their commission MUST complete a preapproved 3-hour notary training course within 6 months prior to appointment or reappointment. Applicants MUST submit proof of completion (Course completion Certificate) with their application.
