New Hampshire Notary Requirements and Information

New Hampshire Notary Commission Qualifications
Notary applicants must:
• be at least 18 years old;
• be a resident of New Hampshire;
• have two endorsements by New Hampshire notaries and one endorsement by a registered New Hampshire voter;
• complete a Criminal Record Release Authorization Form; and
• sign a written statement under oath as to whether he/she has ever been convicted of a crime that has not been annulled by a court, other than minor traffic violations.
