Oklahoma Notary Public Requirements

Oklahoma Notary Commission Qualifications
Notary applicants must:
• be at least 18 years old;
• be able to read and write English;
• be a legal resident of the state of Oklahoma or be regularly employed in the state of Oklahoma; and
• not have been convicted of a felony.
